​​​Welcome to Fundación De Los Ojos Del Futuro! What started as a simple family trip in August 2024 to the Dominican Republic, has blossomed into a heartfelt mission to uplift our community. Inspired by the story of a 12-year-old boy striving to make ends meet, we are dedicated to providing children and young adults with a safe space to learn, create, and enjoy their childhood. Join co-founders Jareliz M. and Lizbeth L. in making a difference and giving every child the opportunity to thrive!

We are a dedicated non-profit organization committed to providing essential school supplies, uniforms, and enjoyable goods for children in underserved communities. With your support we aim to make a positive impact and expand our efforts to bring even more resources to those in need. To empower and uplift the lives of children through education and joy is to also invest into the eyes of the future.
"El Niño"
"El Niño's" story
​"El Niño" a 12 year old boy out in Santo Domingo trying to make ends meet by cleaning shoes which we call, "limpia botas", out in the streets. His mom passing away and his father making him work lead him to not being able to attend school as well as trying to save up for a bike. This is only part of the story he told us at the restaurant we met him in where he was trying to clean shoes, tears were brought to our eyes hearing this and our family decided to help him get his bike and tell him about the importance on pushing towards his dreams and going to school.
We believe that knowledge is power and we've always wanted to create something to really drive out this belief, this moment is what motivated us to make FDLODF a reality!

Currently we have lost touch with him and are trying our best, putting the upmost effort to reconnecting with him again.
